Centre Coordinator & Duty Manager - CAMERON TOLL SHOPPING CENTRE

Full time position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Coordinator to join the team at Cameron Toll Shopping Centre.

Reporting to the centre management, this role will cover office management, site financial accounting, Duty Manager cover along with gathering data to provide to the management team, property manager and client. In addition, this role works closely with the operations and services team. This site covers 24 acres and is the heart of the local community.

Role

· Respond to telephone calls and emails with a customer friendly approach

· Administration support to the Centre Management Team

· Invoice processing with the support of managing agent accounts team

· Minute taking at meetings

· Gather data from tenants and provide reports as required

· Maintain contractor database

· Nurture existing relations with the local community

Ideal candidate

· Professional attitude to work ensuring confidentiality at all times

· Experience of working in an administration role

· Experience of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular

· Strong organisational skills

· Self-driven with good attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task and work to agreed deadlines

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and update office files

· Staff rotas

· Process new starts, maintain staff holidays and absence records

· Customer service skills to enhance existing relationships with customers, tenants and wider community

· Ensure contractor compliance with risk assessments, method statements & valid insurance documents

· Issue contractor packs

· Liaise with site M & E provider as required

· Weekend Duty Manager (one in four) managing security and cleaning teams

· Collate tenant marketing information for social media platforms

· Guide and assist with tenant promotional events and monitor promotion calendar

· Collate Cameron Toll Community Fund applications for consideration at quarterly review
