VP Strategy - London

What you'll be responsible for:

As Vice President of Strategy, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, shaping strategic direction and driving execution across the organization. You will:

  • Define and own the company's strategic vision and roadmap in partnership with the C-suite
  • Lead strategic planning cycles, business reviews, and long-term planning initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market expansion, and growth initiatives
  • Build and lead high-performing strategy teams
  • Partner with functional leaders (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align strategy with execution
  • Conduct deep market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making
  • Present strategic recommendations and business cases to the Board and senior leadership
  • Drive strategic initiatives from conception through execution
     


You'll be a strong match if you have:
  • Previous experience in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms)
  • 8–15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or strategic leadership roles
  • Proven track record of leading strategy functions or teams
  • Experience advising or working directly with C-suite executives and Boards
  • Strong analytical and business modeling capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence
  • Experience in high-growth or scaling companies is a plus
