The Financial Operations Executive provides processing support across a range of finance activities including purchase ledger, sales ledger, expenses, and cash management.

Supporting the wider Financial Operations team, this role focuses on accurate and timely transaction processing, operating within agreed processes and controls. It plays a key role in maintaining high-quality financial records and supporting day-to-day operational finance activity, ensuring stakeholders across the business and external partners receive a reliable and professional service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Raise partner invoices accurately and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Process supplier invoices for payment, which will include checking details in our finance system, PO matching and chasing business approvals.
  • Process employee expense claims in line with the travel and expenses policy.
  • Post daily bank transactions and assist with cash allocations.
  • Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to routine queries from internal teams and external suppliers or partners.
  • Flag discrepancies, delays, or issues to Financial Operations Executives for resolution.

  • Confident using Excel, including formulas, filters, and data manipulation
  • Able to spot issues and help solve problems, with support where needed
  • Eagerness to learn and build experience in a finance environment
