Suzette has been delighting customers for nearly 4 years and is a popular creperie in the heart of the french neighbourhood. Suzette is also very popular with tourists visiting the local attractions.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers have a memorable visit. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to food safety are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanour.
• Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Assist with food preparation as required, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support catering events as needed, providing excellent service in various settings.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Barista skills are an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in serving and hospitality roles
• Proficiency in food preparation and catering services

• Restaurant experience, including bartending and barista skills

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
