About Phorest
Phorest powers 11,000 hair and beauty salons using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that's one million salons and a billion-dollar company.
We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.
The Opportunity
This role is central to how we grow our leaders and teams as Phorest continues to scale. You'll lead, design and facilitate strategic learning experiences that deepen leadership capability, strengthen our culture, and align talent development with business goals.
Working closely with the Director of Talent Development, you'll bring our talent strategy to life through development programmes that connect directly to our priorities.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract for a three-day-per-week role, ideal for someone who brings strong facilitation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver practical, high-impact learning interventions in a fast-paced global business.
What You'll Do
- Design & Facilitate:
Lead impactful leadership and employee development programmes and workshops that build capability, connection, and alignment. - Enable Leadership Capability:
Support leaders to apply learning, embed reflective practice, and grow through real business challenges. - Values & Culture:
Facilitate values-based development and team sessions that strengthen culture, collaboration, and leadership alignment across regions. - Coaching & Collaboration:
Bring strong coaching skills to help leaders unlock insight and action, and work closely with the wider People Team to co-design and deliver integrated development solutions that align with business priorities. - Measurement & Insight:
Use feedback and data to evaluate impact, continuously improve learning experiences, and inform business decisions.

- A strategic thinker who also enjoys rolling up your sleeves to design and deliver practical, impactful learning experiences.
- Collaborative by nature — you thrive on working with others, co-creating solutions, and bringing ideas to life through partnership.
- You bring curiosity and creativity more than traditional L&D formality — you care about what works, not just what's always been done.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments with global audiences.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities while keeping things moving.
- Passionate about building capability and culture in a values-led environment.
- You're flexible and open to occasional travel, with the ability to deliver in-person programmes or workshops from our Dublin office or other global locations when needed.
