Marketing Coordinator

We're seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established, people-focused business that's been creating inspiring spaces for over 40 years. The Role

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you'll take a hands-on approach to coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and engagement. This varied role involves everything from digital content and events to brand management and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all platforms
  • Manage website updates and social media activity
  • Contribute to digital marketing plans and content creation
  • Support with events and award submissions
  • Help implement internal and external communication frameworks
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and reporting
  • Provide creative support to internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and wider business

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' hands-on marketing experience with a strong grasp of core marketing principles
  • Proven track record coordinating campaigns, events, and digital marketing activity
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Confident communicator with good writing and presentation skills
  • Experience managing websites and social media platforms
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Able to maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
  • Professional, ethical, and aligned with the organisation's collaborative values
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning and development
