Your Role
As a Sales Executive at Party Central, your primary goal is to convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings. You will:
- Manage inbound enquiries from interested clients, quickly understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met while highlighting the value of our services.
- Use your persuasive sales skills and product knowledge to turn enquiries into bookings.
- Proactively follow up on enquiries, keeping the pipeline active and driving conversions.
- Leverage our advanced sales systems and tools to streamline the booking process and exceed targets.

We're looking for candidates who are passionate about closing deals and delivering exceptional service. You'll need:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence decisions.
- A goal-oriented, results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- A proactive approach to handling enquiries and closing bookings efficiently.
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Previous sales experience is a strong advantage—full training provided.
