What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging, face-to-face campaigns for national clients
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs and performance targets
  • Supporting campaign planning alongside senior managers
  • Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to campaign strategies
  • Taking initiative, making decisions, and leading by example

What We're Looking For

  • Ambitious, career-driven people with the motivation to succeed
  • Confident communicators who thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Coachable and eager to learn new skills every day
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure
  • Background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sports is a bonus (not essential)
