Role Description:
We are looking for a thoughtful, talented, and experienced Senior Manager to drive UKI program growth as part of Sales Programs'. Our team is focused on enabling AEs on how to successfully and efficiently create quality, velocity pipe gen while driving Seller Success across the board. We are looking for impactful and driven people that are passionate about helping sales teams succeed. Every sales play/program we execute has a measurable dollar impact. This role combines the creative process of designing prescriptive programs and strategies, with the "business end" of operationalising these programs with sales teams to ensure they are executed and produce results.

You will be the business partner to one of our Sales Leaders, collaborating closely with him/her and his/her directs to understand their pipe generation needs, becoming their trusted advisor. Additionally, you will collaborate with a diverse group from UKI to develop and execute sales programs to meet pipeline and ACV needs, and then track the dollar results and adapt the sales programs as necessary based upon lessons learned.

The ideal candidate has either been in Sales or worked directly with Sales to understand a salesperson's needs and mentality, combined with an understanding of how to develop and execute a structured program. Your analytical mind, executive presence, strong collaboration skills and ability to identify and solve critical problems enables you act as a trusted adviser and business partner to Sales leaders. You are not waiting for tasks, you proactively provide ideas on how to increase productivity and success by analysing data. You will collaborate with key stakeholders such as Sales Strategy, Enablement, Field & Product marketing, and the broader Productivity team, to deliver programs that meet your sales team's needs.

These skills and competencies will help ensure your success in the role:

* Seasoned executive presence with an ability to read the room fast, adapt to stakeholder needs and build strong relationships
* Demonstrable program management experience in a sales environment; fully knowledgeable of all steps of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
* Intrinsic urge to network, connect and collaborate, that builds relationships across an organisation and with a continuous curiosity to learn and adapt
* Strong ability to drive best practice in execution acting as an excellent team player, collaborating to create new ideas or utilising what we know works 
* Strong organisational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in executive internal and external discussions
* Structured project manager with an creative approach to creating compelling and engaging sales programs
* Able to manage multiple, competing stakeholders and priorities
* Strong communicator, able to quickly think on your feet, and deal directly with senior sales leaders
* Self-reflective: ability to look at your previous work, objectively evaluate it, learn from it, and adapt and improve
* Believe in open forthright conversations, and are willing to share your opinions in a considered manner, even when the content is challenging

Minimum Requirements

*10 years deep understanding of Sales - whether that is front line Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Strategy or Sales Operations 
* Strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally, and build strong relationship with stakeholders
* Experience designing (or influencing the design of) revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs, campaigns and go-to-market strategies
* Ability to draw actionable insights from data sets and interviews with salespeople and sales leaders
* Experience with Salesforce reporting dashboards
* Strong communicator, able to quickly think on their feet, and deal directly with senior sales leaders; proven ability to to manage multiple stakeholders
