Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with students who have learning difficulties or special educational needs, is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children in their educational journey, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting diverse learners in overcoming challenges.
  • A clear DBS check is required to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
