Who are we?
LGM Analytics was founded by 3 lads from Newcastle. Two of us went to university and 1 of us joined the Army. We founded LGM without any of us having real experience in marketing, but what we did have was unrelenting energy and a desire to keep pushing no matter how many failures and pitfalls we experienced. We are now operating a £6M ARR marketing agency with 180+ outsourced employees from all over the world and a small UK core team.
Most of our team (except those employed as software developers) joined without any experience in sales or marketing, and some of those leaders are now managing teams of 30+ outsourced workers.
The opportunity
You'll be thrown into the deep-end of our fast-scaling impact marketing.
Depending on your strengths, you'll either:
– Lead client-facing work directly responsible for growth results, or
– Run acquisition operations as a lead-closer, managing the final steps before onboarding, or
- Manage new projects in the company, facilitating our continued growth through innovative marketing strategies or systems.
But to be clear: every path here is a leadership path. You'll be driving performance, leading teams, and setting standards.
What you'll get
You'll start on the rate advertised in the post, but if your weight is pulled that number should be doubled within 3-6 months. We offer a direct reflection of your impact to the company directly to your salary. We don't offer pizza fridays or team-building events. We translate our success into what you make every month.
You'll work directly with the founders. No hierarchy or seniority games or politics. The faster you learn and integrate into our systems and start innovating the quicker you rise.
You'll experience what it is like to be in a fast-moving and high-growth environment. You'll learn vital skills and see first-hand how a company is grown. If you go on to build your own company, this will have been the best preparation you could have had.
You'll work alongside proven founders and see why they became successful.
Job Details:
Location: Remote (but with scope to move into physical infrastructure in the future. Relocation possible.)
Hours: We operate across multiple time zones. Expect sprints and odd hours during project finalising.
GMT±3 overlap required.
Comp: £36,000–£48,000 base with clear performance-linked progression to £74,000–£112,000 OTE by month six - if successfully operating in a leadership position. Profit-share/bonuses after that.
Interviews will be conducted digitally via Google Meet. A working computer, webcam, and stable connection are required.
