Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Manager – Organic Winery

Company Overview:

We are a well-established organic winery based in Puglia (Italy), operating in the UK market, dedicated to producing premium wines with a strong commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and international brand growth.

We are now seeking a talented Social Media & Marketing Manager to strengthen our global brand positioning and lead our digital communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and oversee engaging social media content plans across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

  • Produce compelling, brand-aligned copy and high-quality visual materials.
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Coordinate website content updates and communicate brand news, events, and recognitions.
  • Prepare and distribute newsletters and digital marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting key KPIs.
  • Liaise with external collaborators, including photographers, designers, and media partners.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably within the wine, food, or hospitality sectors.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; Italian knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking with a passion for storytelling.
  • Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and campaign planning.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and confident in managing KPIs and budgets.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
