About the Role:

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on providing expert technical guidance and training within a dynamic, global Ag Tech environment? We are searching for a Senior Dairy Support Technician to join a global leader in dairy management solutions. In this hybrid, home-based role, you will deliver expert technical support to customers and dealer networks across the UK, with occasional support across other EU regions. You will play a key role in training and developing dealer technicians, enhancing their expertise in our client's product portfolio through hands-on guidance and engaging technical presentations. Leveraging your proven skills in IT systems, networking, and the installation of WiFi-based hardware and software solutions, you will quickly become the trusted point of contact for resolving complex technical challenges within the business and across the dealer network. Responsibilities:

• To deliver comprehensive remote and onsite technical support for our clients' products across the UK (EU as required), including after-sales assistance to regional sales managers and dealers.
• To conduct technical training sessions for dealer technicians and support staff to strengthen their understanding of product hardware and software.
• To enable effective knowledge transfer by ensuring dealers' technical and support staff gain a thorough understanding of the product, including both hardware and software.
• To provide pre-sales technical support to sales teams and dealers, promoting collaboration and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• To participate in global support team training, technical service activities, and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT systems, networking, and Windows installation.
• Experience and knowledge of working with WIFI systems.
• Experience and/or knowledge of the dairy sector.
• Full, clean UK driving licence with a willingness to travel as required.
• Valid passport.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a wide range of audiences.
• The ability to deliver presentations for training purposes, relaying technical information clearly.
• Self-motivated and driven to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership qualities, able to lead installation teams effectively.
• Collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly across the business to achieve shared goals.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the Ag Tech / Animal Health / Livestock Equipment sector.
