An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the Management Team at our Hotel and wellness destination.
£16.50 per hour on a self-employed subcontractor basis
21-25 hours spread over three days a week including at least one weekend day per week
The ideal candidate will have Duty Manager, Front office and Administration experience in a hotel or similar environment and be capable of working as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
Carry out administrative tasks to include Reception, Events and Therapy/Treatment room/Studio Diary Management and customer liaison.
Work closely with the team on room revenue management.
Maximise room occupancy.
Uphold and enforce company policies.
Address customer issues and complaints.
Schedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities.
Oversee security, health and safety of the property.
Experience and skills:
Previous experience within hospitality sector
Duty Manager or similar management role
Front office/Reception/Administration experience preferred
Excellent Customer Service
Knowledge of hotel accounting procedures
Strong organisational skills
Knowledge and experience of facilities maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills
Availability to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays
You will work with a small, committed team to deliver an exceptional 'staycation' experience, with a strong focus on healthy living, enjoying the unique atmosphere of the Hinton Admiral Estate, set between the South Coast and the New Forest.
Person specification:
Educated to at least A level standard
Recent experience, of at least one year, in a similar hotel management role
