Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial burners, is seeking a
Technical Sales Engineer
to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global customer base and play a key role in driving sales growth and technical excellence.
The Role
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients worldwide, providing expert pre- and post-sales advice.
- Develop long-term relationships by understanding and interpreting customer requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations for burners, boilers, and spares, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Promote the company product range and support the development of new Tech-Centres in designated regions.
- Collaborate daily with the Sales Director and Technical Director.
- Provide technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support.
- Liaise with the engineering team and maintain marketing materials such as brochures and price lists.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
(or equivalent). - Previous experience in technical sales or engineering.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers.
- Proactive, flexible, and a team player with a "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
