Executive Personal Assistant to the Founder and Chair of Trustees
Salary: £35,619 - £40,389 per annum
40 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Full time based onsite at the Trust's Corporate Offices, Nailsworth, Gloucestershire (not available for remote or hybrid working)

The post holder has responsibility for providing highly effective administration and EA support to the Founder and Chair of Trustees of Ruskin Mill Trust.
For this role, the applicant have experience of working as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator within a busy office, educational or charity setting. A car driver is essential.
You will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be able to demonstrate proficient IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as being organised, effective and efficient.
This is an exciting and varied role, and the successful candidate will support the Founder and Trust within an expanding and diverse charitable organisation.
Key elements of the roles are:
· note taking, minute taking and dictation
· email management
· diary management
· arranging and co-ordinating meeting
· arranging national and international travel
· preparing presentations and reports
A flexible approach to work is essential; some evenings, weekends and overnight stays may be a requirement of this role (with appropriate notice).
