Background

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Service Desk team. Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, you will provide first and second-line support to staff across the firm.

The role

This role offers exposure to a range of technologies and requires a high level of customer service, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Call logging:
    Record calls from users across the organization.
  • Troubleshooting:
    Resolve issues remotely and in person.
  • Customer service:
    Ensure a high level of customer service and support.
  • Providing technical support for -
    Microsoft Windows 11
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • iManage Document Management System
  • Visual Files Case Management System
  • Issue prioritization:
    Prioritize issues based on urgency.
  • Hardware/Software installation:
    Manage installations as needed.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with Infrastructure and Development teams.
  • Project work:
    Handle assigned IT project work alongside day-to-day tasks.

Some flexibility regarding working hours is required. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various computing platforms and applications, demonstrating a robust understanding of IT support processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High level of IT literacy
  • Fully conversant in Office 365 and Windows 11
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a Service Desk environment
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (preferred, not required)
  • ITIL Qualifications (preferred, not required)
