We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our esteemed team. The Senior Beauty Therapist will play a key role in maintaining high standards of client care, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

Duties

  • Perform a wide variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage, and specialised skincare procedures
  • MUST be NVQ level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy qualified
  • Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in all treatments and procedures
  • Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
  • Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
  • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
  • Work as part of the team
  • Promote retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist within a salon or spa experience for at least two years
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
  • NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy
  • Passionate and professional
