Beauty Salon Petersfield is a large beauty salon located in the heart of Petersfield. With eight treatment rooms and three nail bar stations, we are dedicated to providing exceptional beauty services and treatments to our clients.

Summary

We are seeking a Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service, contributing significantly to our mission of enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and manage the reception area efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with upselling services and products to enhance client experience.
  • Maintain an organised reception area and ensure it reflects the salon's standards.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with therapists regarding client needs and preferences.
  • Support marketing efforts through merchandising displays.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices.
