Identity Access Management and Digital Trust Lead

What You'll Bring to the Table

Required Skills:

  • Deep expertise in Identity Access Management frameworks, policies, and standards
  • Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Privilege Manager, and similar solutions
  • Strong understanding of access controls, user provisioning, de-provisioning, and privileged access management
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing security policies aligned with industry standards like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage third-party vendors, define SOWs, and oversee service delivery
  • Ability to analyse access-related risks and respond effectively during security incidents
  • Experience in developing and enforcing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and orphan account mitigation
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity audits, regulatory regimes, and compliance assessments
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
  • Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams within global organizations
  • Understanding of emerging IAM trends and innovative security solutions

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on IAM leadership roles
  • Hands-on experience managing IAM systems in complex, multi-site environments
  • Demonstrated success in developing strategic security roadmaps and governance frameworks
