P. Louise Café is part of the renowned P Louise brand, bold, creative, and trendsetting. Our café offers a luxurious and exciting dining experience that matches our signature style. We're currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team at the Trafford Centre.

The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of your kitchen section. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure every dish meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a specific section of the kitchen (grill, sauce, pastry, etc.)
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to specification
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene
  • Supporting junior chefs and ensuring smooth service during busy periods
  • Monitoring portion control and reducing waste
  • Assisting with stock checks and ordering when required
  • Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to deliver a consistent dining experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef looking to step up
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for high-quality, creative food and presentation
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Must be available to complete training at our Stockport location prior to opening
