The Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you will take full ownership of a section in our busy kitchen. You'll be essential in delivering every plate to our high standard, working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients in a dedicated brunch service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently manage and run your section during busy services.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
  • Assist with stock control and ordering.
  • Support and guide junior members of the team.
  • Work collaboratively with the entire kitchen brigade for a smooth service.

About You (What We're Looking For):

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen – brunch or all-day dining is a plus
  • A genuine passion for fresh produce, seasonality, and creating excellent food.
  • Organised, with the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
  • A positive team player with great communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends is required, but you will have every evening to yourself.
