Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse group of individuals while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires effective communication and analytical skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive team performance.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of the restaurant team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage team performance by setting clear objectives, conducting regular evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Analyse customer service metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
  • Provide training and support to new and existing staff members, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints or issues with professionalism, aiming for resolution that satisfies both the customer and the company.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist team members in addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Manage and cook food when ever needed and maintain the sales consistently and reach the target.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a customer service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings.
  • Experience in supervising staff, managing schedules, and conducting performance reviews.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues alike.
