Established in 2012, Digital Minds is a multi award-winning marketing agency delivering outstanding results for some of Australia's best brands including Luxury Escapes, AutoTrader, News Limited, Westfield, Merry People, BridgeClimb and Gumtree to name a few. As part of our next phase of growth we are looking to grow our team in the UK to help facilitate some of our clients as they continue to expand into new markets in the UK and Europe.

The role:

The Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in our business, taking ownership of a number of accounts within their remit. This is a hands-on role involving channel strategy, budget management and campaign management across key paid channels (Google ads, Meta ads), besides being the 'go-to' / first POC for client contacts. This role specifically takes responsibility for a number of our clients UK accounts, taking ownership of KPI's and channel plans to ensure delivery of results that continue to exceed client expectations. In addition to current clients, we will be looking for this person to work on new business in the UK market to help expand our growing footprint there.

In this role you will be reporting directly to the UK General Manager, and supported by a team of agency specialists, including search, social, creative and technical implementation specialists.

Required skills:

  • 5+ years experience working in performance media
  • Ability to think creatively and problem-solve autonomously
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering & exceeding performance KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies & report to senior stakeholders

Desirable skills:

  • Expertise with paid search & working knowledge of paid social
  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Experience leading and developing a team
