The Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Support Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting their customers before, during, and after the sales process. You'll ensure that every client receives the highest level of service and attention, helping maintain their reputation for excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries (pre- and post-sale).
Providing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with production and logistics teams.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Managing after-sales support, including resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assisting the sales team with account management, reporting, and administration.
About You
You'll be a confident communicator with a passion for helping people and an eye for detail. You'll take pride in providing exceptional service and enjoy working in a team environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing (manufacturing or industrial sector preferred).
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering results.
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
