Bridgwater Town Council is a progressive employer looking for a Part-Time Facilities and Projects Co-Ordinator for 21 hours per week over a five-day period, flexible by agreement but must include Friday hours. Some weekend work may be required on occasion.

This is a varied and hands-on role, providing administrative, operational, and practical support to both the Facilities and Projects teams. You'll work closely with the Facilities Manager and Project Manager to help deliver a range of initiatives and ensure our buildings and facilities are maintained and operated effectively.

As Facilities and Projects Co-ordinator, you will:

· Ensure compliance with health and safety, sustainability, and council policies.

· Liaise with contractors and internal colleagues to arrange repairs and compliance works.

· Help coordinate logistics for project activities and track budgets.

· Respond to internal and external enquiries and maintain accurate records.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

· Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Familiar with basic compliance and health & safety procedures.

· Experienced in administrative support, ideally within facilities or project coordination.

· Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
