Responsibilities

  • Identifying and capitalising on new partnership opportunities to expand the workspace network.
  • Presenting compelling, high:value proposals to property owners and investors.
  • Managing the full sales process end:to:end, from initial outreach through to closing the deal.
  • Building trusted, long:term relationships and working closely with partners to bring innovative workspace concepts to life.

Requirements

  • A solid background in business development, real estate, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to tell a convincing story that engages and inspires.
  • A proactive, resilient, and curious mindset, with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Clear and confident communication skills in both my local language and English.
