Let us tell a bit about the opportunity
Are you passionate about driving innovation and shaping the future of motor finance through strategic partnerships? We're looking for a Partnership Lead to take a key role in managing, developing and evolving key third-party relationships that underpin our dealer and consumer propositions.
This is a strategic and high-impact role, perfect for someone who can blend commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the motor finance landscape. You'll ensure we remain ahead of the curve, partnering with the best in the market to deliver outstanding value, innovation, and customer experience.
What will your day look like?
Reporting to the Head of Motor Partnerships & Transformation, you'll be at the heart of our growth and transformation agenda. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of third-party supplier management, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and return on investment.
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of the motor market, identifying suppliers and solutions that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Leading regular supplier performance reviews, ensuring delivery against contractual obligations.
- Collaborating with Product and Proposition teams to take new initiatives from research to successful market delivery.
- Conducting RFI/RFP processes to evaluate current and potential suppliers against market benchmarks.
- Using data and insight to build strong business cases that demonstrate ROI and value creation.
- Partnering across Product, Delivery, Procurement, Risk, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and governance.
- Presenting new ideas and opportunities to the Motor Senior Leadership Team, championing innovation and strategic change.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, regulations, and technological developments to ensure our products and propositions remain best-in-class.
What do we expect from you?
We're looking for someone with credibility, energy and a strategic mindset – a true connector who knows how to get things done. You'll ideally have:
- Strong experience in motor finance or digital markets.
- A proven ability to manage complex supplier relationships and influence at all levels.
- A strategic outlook, with an eye for emerging opportunities and future market shifts.
- Deep knowledge of UK motor finance, its challenges and opportunities.
- An understanding of digital distribution, online marketplaces and customer-led innovation.
- Experience working within project or transformation initiatives, with a passion for making change happen.
- UK driving licence and ability to travel (company car will be provided)
What can you expect from us?
- Hybrid working policy, competitive salary and a great range of core benefits including 10% pension, 30 days holiday and annual bonus
- A friendly and flexible culture, the same as how we work with our customers
- A growing organisation that means there's lots of opportunities to progress
- A drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day one
