Job Title: Installation & Warehouse Operative

Cranlea Human Performance Ltd specialises in supplying and servicing Sports Science and Gym Equipment to Universities, Hospitals and well-known Gyms. Due to continued growth and expansion, we're excited to hire a versatile Installation & Warehouse Operative to join our dedicated team. You'll split your time between on-site installations and warehouse operations to maintain our high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Installing and assembling sports science and gym equipment at client sites across the UK and overseas

  • Testing equipment on-site post-installation and before dispatch to ensure zero faults or defects

  • Loading and unloading vans for installations and daily deliveries

  • Conducting site surveys, preparing installation plans, and preparing shipments for overseas delivery

  • Packing orders ready for courier handover and receiving goods from suppliers

  • Refurbishing used stock for sale as Certified Preowned Products

  • Organising goods, keeping the warehouse tidy and presentable, and conducting stock takes

  • Joining the delivery team to assist with unloading and installation support

  • Adhering to health & safety and company guidelines at all times

  • Lifting and manoeuvring heavy goods during installations and warehouse operations

  • Occasional overnight stays and foreign travel for installations

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License (clean preferred)

  • Basic IT skills

  • Positive, can-do attitude

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Comfortable lifting heavy goods

  • Willingness to travel, including overnighters and international trips

Advantageous:

  • Forklift license

  • Manual handling experience

  • Basic electrical knowledge

  • Previous installation, assembly or warehouse experience

You'll complete a 6-month probation before moving to a permanent contract.

Working Hours: Flexible hours (not necessarily 9–5), Monday–Friday, with regular overnighters and foreign travel required
