Infrastructure Manager – IT digital transformation – Hybrid/Leeds, to £85k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

4it has a permanent role for an Infrastructure Manager to drive forwards, optimize the infrastructure within a high profile, market leading organization. This is an excellent opportunity to transform the infrastructure and manage their journey to the cloud.

We are looking for someone who has extensive infrastructure management/leadership experience, ideally gained within a large retail/manufacturing/supply chain/logistics environment, with good knowledge of desktops, servers, network security, cloud and ERP. You will have excellent stakeholder, 3rd party supplier management, communication skills. The role will involve managing a team of 6, working in a hybrid (on-prem, cloud) environment, liaising with the business, stakeholders, 3rd parties, assessing the current infrastructure and developing a strategy, plan to optimize it, drive it forwards, managing migrations from legacy systems and their journey to the cloud. Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic, unstructured environment.

The role will require 2 days a week on site near Leeds

As an Infrastructure Manager, you will have the following:
