What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated support workers.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to keep the home running smoothly.
  • Champion safeguarding and ensure we meet Ofsted standards.
  • Support children with care plans that help them grow in confidence and independence.
  • Build strong relationships with families, schools, and professionals.
  • Step into the Manager's shoes when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • 2+ years' experience in a children's residential setting.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and children's home regulations.
  • A natural leader with great communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call.

Bonus points if you hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or have experience supporting children with complex needs.
