What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated support workers.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to keep the home running smoothly.
- Champion safeguarding and ensure we meet Ofsted standards.
- Support children with care plans that help them grow in confidence and independence.
- Build strong relationships with families, schools, and professionals.
- Step into the Manager's shoes when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- 2+ years' experience in a children's residential setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and children's home regulations.
- A natural leader with great communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call.
Bonus points if you hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or have experience supporting children with complex needs.
