Meraki Talent are supporting a leading financial services organisation in their search for an
Operational Resilience Specialist
to join their growing team in Leeds.
You'll play a key role in shaping and embedding a robust resilience framework across the business — ensuring operational stability, third-party assurance, and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate resilience risks across the organisation
- Design, evolve, and embed an effective resilience and business continuity framework
- Partner with key departments to enhance existing continuity plans
- Lead annual and ad hoc resilience scenario testing
- Conduct root cause analysis following control failures or breaches
About You:
- Extensive experience in a resilience oversight role within Financial Services
- Strong understanding of FCA Operational Resilience and broader risk frameworks
- Confident attending and contributing to Risk Committees
- CBCI certification advantageous but not essential
