What You'll Be Doing
As Head of Delivery Services, based in London and reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, you will take on a global leadership role with end-to-end accountability for Quantexa's global Delivery function. You will define how we deliver industry-leading Decision Intelligence solutions worldwide, shaping the implementation of our platform at scale to drive measurable client value and ensure excellence in every engagement.
Our global team comprises approximately 300 colleagues across key locations, including Boston, Brussels, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, London, Málaga, Melbourne, New York, Ottawa, Tokyo, Toronto, Sydney, and Singapore. As our client base expands, our global footprint will continue to grow. In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop both regional and practice Delivery leaders, embedding best-in-class practices through global Centres of Excellence to create a unified, high-performing Delivery function. Managing teams across multiple regions, you will foster a cohesive, collaborative, and results-driven organisation that consistently delivers excellence at every stage.
This high-profile role will have a direct impact on Quantexa's growth, client success, and the performance of Delivery teams across EMEA, APAC, and North America. Strategic Leadership
- Define and communicate a 3-5 year vision and strategic roadmap for the global Delivery organisation.
- Develop and execute the global Delivery services strategy, ensuring alignment with Quantexa's growth objectives.
- Shape and continuously improve delivery frameworks and methodologies that scale with client demand.
- Build and embed Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to drive consistent best practices, innovation, and knowledge-sharing across Delivery teams worldwide.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure an optimal end-to-end client experience through the project lifecycle.
- Lead, coach, and develop Delivery leaders across EMEA, APAC, and North America, ensuring consistent operational excellence globally.
- Support the engagement with key partners and the partner-first strategy.
- Drive commercial success by balancing client satisfaction with business profitability.
Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Lead the global team to successful delivery of enterprise software projects, ensuring predictable outcomes and high client satisfaction.
- Establish governance models, KPIs, and reporting structures to track Delivery performance and outcomes.
- Partner with the Project Management Office to drive continuous improvement across resource planning, project management, and Delivery quality.
- Develop repeatable practices and Delivery blueprints to drive efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership for clients.
- Work with global Delivery Partners to support their project activities and to ensure the availability of partner resources for client projects.
- In the absence of a dedicated EMEA Regional Leader, will assume responsibility for leading and maintaining overall accountability for Delivery Operations across the EMEA region.
Client Engagement
- Act as an executive sponsor on key strategic accounts, building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery outcomes align with client business objectives, driving adoption and long-term value from the Quantexa platform.
- Work closely with Go-To-Market teams to uncover opportunities for expansion, provide senior-level client engagement, and ensure delivery of impactful, value-driven services.
People & Culture
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of Delivery professionals, technical teams, and Project Managers.
- Grow and adapt the capabilities of the Delivery team in each region to align to the needs of the Quantexa business, taking personal responsibility for coaching key senior individuals as appropriate.
- Foster a culture of ambition, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Aligned with our culture, you will inspire a sense of purpose and belonging, champion well-being, and take a proactive approach to managing both performance and employee welfare.
- Embed new AI practices and ensure the team has the right skills, capabilities, and tools to successfully deliver complex, large-scale programmes.
Commercial & Financial Leadership
- Own the P&L for the Delivery Services function, ensuring profitable and scalable execution.
- Partner with GTM, Finance, and Legal on scoping, commercials, and contract delivery models.
- Identify and build new service offerings to support revenue growth.
Requirements
- Significant experience in senior leadership roles across software delivery, professional services, or consulting functions.
- Proven track record of owning and running a global Delivery function with accountability for strategy, operations, execution and profitability.
- Experience leading and scaling a software or services organisation, ideally within a high-growth, global business.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-scale software implementations across multiple clients and geographies.
- Skilled in building and embedding Centres of Excellence to standardise best practices, accelerate delivery, and enable knowledge sharing.
- Experience leading and coaching Delivery Leaders and scaling teams across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, including P&L ownership, revenue growth, and service offering development.
- Deep knowledge of programme/project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite and board-level executives across clients, vendors, and partners.
- Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is comfortable being hands-on when required.
- Provide visionary leadership across the Delivery function, influencing and inspiring teams and stakeholders, bringing people on the journey, and strengthening commercial acumen across the Delivery function.
