Our client is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join their corporate advisory team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior bankers to deliver financial analysis, modelling, and strategic advice, supporting client relationships and driving deal origination and execution across the EMEA region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile corporate finance projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute to strategic advisory initiatives across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior bankers with pitch preparation, deal origination, and transaction execution.
  • Build and implement financial models for corporate finance transactions, including valuations, M&A, and capital structure analysis.
  • Conduct research on financial statements, market trends, and sector developments.
  • Prepare client presentations and collaborate across product and industry teams.
  • Maintain strong internal and external networks to identify opportunities and support client engagement.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and strategic insights.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal policies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong financial modelling skills and a solid understanding of corporate finance principles.
  • Experience with valuation, liquidity, cash flow, M&A, and capital structure analysis.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse corporate accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • University degree required; ideally 2–3 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
