Be a part of our Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront. From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.

What You'll Do
Sitting in the Trading squad, this role covers ad-hoc reporting and strategic deep dive analysis improving the commercial performance of the Consumer business. This role is about creating and using best in class insight to inform business strategy. This role will be responsible for analysis of the consumer base, channel performance, usage and revenue, to inform and recommend future actions to best serve customer satisfaction, value and retention.

  • Deliver best in class insight within allocated squad
  • Deliver reporting, analytics and recommendations on strategy for inlife optimisation across all products (PAYM, MBB/Data/OneNumber, PAYG/VOXI and HBB)
  • Deliver reporting and analytics in Trading environment
  • Deliver best in class insight within allocated squad
  • Help drive data quality and best in practise coding and analysis, by sharing knowledge cross chapter
  • Look to other insight areas in order to understand the consumer better and bring context to analysis where required

Who You Are

  • Track record of delivering customer insight from data
  • Good knowledge and experience of SQL required with knowledge of other languages (Python /SAS/R beneficial)
  • Good knowledge of Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Ability to find strategic insights from data and present in a clear simple way to senior management
