Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Chef to join our kitchen team. as a Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation and production meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their culinary skills in a working environment while contributing to the team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes as directed by senior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in food production tasks, including cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes.
  • Participate in inventory management by helping to receive and store deliveries appropriately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
  • Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Contribute to menu planning by providing feedback on dishes and suggesting improvements.
