The Role

We are seeking dedicated
Support Workers
to join our growing team providing high-quality care throughout
Ayrshire
. This role involves delivering person-centred care and emotional support to clients in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, personalised care and support within clients' homes
  • Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and companionship
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and comfort
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and health and safety protocols

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a driver with access to your own car (essential for travel between clients)
  • Have flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
  • Be compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing high-quality care
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have previous experience in a care setting (preferred, though not essential)
  • Hold relevant Health & Social Care qualifications (advantageous but not required)
