The Role
We are seeking dedicated
Support Workers
to join our growing team providing high-quality care throughout
Ayrshire
. This role involves delivering person-centred care and emotional support to clients in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, personalised care and support within clients' homes
- Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and companionship
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and comfort
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and health and safety protocols

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a driver with access to your own car (essential for travel between clients)
- Have flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
- Be compassionate, empathetic, and committed to providing high-quality care
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have previous experience in a care setting (preferred, though not essential)
- Hold relevant Health & Social Care qualifications (advantageous but not required)
