Education & Business Partnerships Coordinator (London)

Location: London (remote but must be based in London)

Contract: Part-time (20h per week) at £14.80/h

Start date: Mid to late January, 2026

The IBD Partnership Group is a British education and business consultancy with a long-standing track record in international mobility, headquartered in Portsmouth, UK. Since 2005, we have supported more than 50,000 participants from over 25 EU countries, delivering high-quality training, work-experience placements and bespoke educational programmes across the UK, Europe and beyond.

We are looking to increase our presence in London and are looking for a motivated and engaging Partnerships Coordinator to help expand our network of employers, educational institutions, and local service providers.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people and building meaningful professional relationships. As our head office is in Portsmouth, this position is fully remote but based in London. You will play a key part in developing our London partner network by identifying new collaborators, strengthening existing relationships and representing the organisation at events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build IBD Group's partner network in London - identify and approach schools, colleges, employers, and similar to work with us.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of London-based partners.
  • Undertake outreach through phone calls, emails, in-person visits and networking activities.
  • Represent IBD Partnership Group at events, fairs, meetings and local engagements.
  • Maintain clear, organised records and contribute to regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support London-based project needs and operational tasks on a case-by-case basis.
  • Occasionally work on the weekends or evenings.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is based in London and is able to work from home (remote).
  • Enjoys interacting with people and feels confident communicating by phone, email and in person.
  • Is proactive, self-motivated and comfortable with outreach, including cold calls.
  • Has strong interpersonal, networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Is happy to represent the organisation at events independently, including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Has great written English for professional communication.
  • Ideally has some background in education and/or sales, or related fields.
  • Is culturally aware, as the job would have you engage with people from various backgrounds.
