Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests receive outstanding service, and supporting the smooth operation of the venue. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to enhance their experience
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
  • Serve food and drinks with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
  • Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and other beverages
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service

Skills

  • Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is advantageous
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
  • Experience in food preparation or restaurant service is desirable
  • Barista experience is a plus but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts including evenings and weekends is required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
