Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Workforce Administration Specialist to join our Human Resources (HR) Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate, compliant, and efficient management of employee data and documentation, ensuring adherence to local governmental requirements and global data standards.

The Workforce Administration (WFA) team is fundamental to HR operations, focusing on supporting our employees, enabling HR functions, and maintaining consistent global data standards throughout the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain local employee documentation and physical files (including ownership of local termination cases) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams and the external HR outsourcing partner to support routine and complex employee lifecycle events and benefits administration, providing necessary local records and resolving administration queries.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and governmental requirements by supporting the preparation and submission of mandated HR reports and data within established deadlines.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in an HR administrative, data entry, or similar support role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, and case management tools like ServiceNow, coupled with a basic understanding of HR administrative processes.
  • Proven ability in maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Full professional proficiency in English to effectively manage documentation and communications across the regions.
