Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the dental team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among staff members.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting, billing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Handle human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for patients while addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment while managing vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a dental or healthcare setting is essential. and Gdc registration and be able to nurse when required .
  • Strong financial management skills with an understanding of budgeting and accounting principles.
  • Experience in human resources practices including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Previous veterinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; however, a passion for animal care is beneficial.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff alike.
