IPSERV is a dynamic and fast-growing company based in Ipswich providing a range of services which include parking management & enforcement, cleaning and design and print. We have an excellent opportunity to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Advisor.

Your day will be varied, and you will be predominantly helping in the day-to-day management of car parks which are managed by Ipserv. This will consist of reviewing and processing Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) camera reads, replying to formal appeals including preparing and submitting evidence packs to POPLA, and dealing with customer enquiries. As well as working on parking management tasks, your role will include providing a range of customer support functions for Ipserv. These duties can include ordering uniform, purchasing stock, and assisting with any customer request.

At Ipserv we provide ourselves on being transparent and being available to meet our customer's needs, therefore we offer a wide range of communication methods for our customers to get in touch. These include online chat, emails and by telephone. Working across these communication channels will form part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail skills, impeccable customer service experience, confident at communicating with customers both verbally and in writing and be adaptable to an ever-changing business with ever changing needs. You will be provided with an extensive training programme that has been created to ensure our team have all the relevant skills and knowledge to be both competent and confident in the role.

In return, we offer a competitive annual salary ranging from £26, £29,041.08 pro rata depending on experience, 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), LGPS pension, subsidised rail/bus travel for commuting to work plus others.

This is a permanent role offering 20 hours per week. Ideally, you will hold a valid UK drivers licence but applications will be considered from those who do not hold this. We can be flexible with the days and hours worked so please get in touch if you think this role is for you

This position is currently a mix of both remote and office-based working in our offices in Ipswich close to transport links with a minimum of one working day within our offices per week.
