Corporate Services Assistant
Hybrid | Liverpool | Full-Time (12-month maternity cover FTC)
As our Corporate Services Assistant, you'll take on a broad range of responsibilities, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administration support to the Managing Director
- Maintain HR records training databases, conduct pre-employment checks, and assist with onboarding
- Organise receipts and company credit card records
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and the MUN Annual Conference
- Manage company communications, reports, and intranet updates
- Prepare newsletters and social media posts
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support ad hoc business projects and audits as needed
About You:
- Proven experience as an EA/PA or in a similar administrative role
- Strong HR administration and organisational skills
- Experience planning and managing events is a plus
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and employment legislation is desirable
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Google Suite and HR systems (e.g., Atlas, Confluence)
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
- Based in Liverpool or willing to commute to the office.
