We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales Department

You will be assisting in the administration, organisation and smooth running of the sales office. You will become part of a professional team delivering a first-class service.

General administrative duties to assist in the running of the department include (but are not limited to):

  • Communicating with our customers by e-mail and over the telephone
  • Effectively using the CRM system to book sales appointments
  • Manage and organise the sales diary
  • Liaise with the sales team to communicate sales appointments, share customer information and acquire results
  • Take payments over the phone for deposits
  • Manage and update the CRM database with customer information
  • To answer the phone and deal with calls effectively, taking messages where necessary and communicate them to the recipient.

Your skills / knowledge will include:

  • Previous experience in a sales environment
  • Using interpersonal skills to create and sustain effective relationships with customers
  • Confident, enthusiastic and motivated
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Have good IT Skills with a knowledge of Word and Outlook
  • Be a good communicator with excellent telephone and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels verbal and written, with good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
