This is an exciting time to join the Learning in Gardens Team at RHS Garden Harlow Carr as we grow and develop our School Visits programme. We are looking for a Learning Administrator to coordinate an efficient school bookings process and data capture at RHS Garden Harlow Carr.

This role will be responsible for communications with schools and other education groups. The Learning Administrator will work alongside the in-garden learning teams overseeing the school visit calendar and bookings. The role involves working with the support of the Learning Operations Lead to enhance data capture and analysis and embed new approaches to managing school bookings.This will contribute towards understanding how schools engage with the learning programme offer and support accessibility for underrepresented schools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for communications with schools and other education groups. They will work alongside the in-garden learning team overseeing the school visit calendar and bookings. The Learning Administrator will be reporting to the Education and Learning Manager, and working with the support of the Learning Operations Lead to develop administration processes relating to Educational Visits.

The Learning Administrator will be working within a small team of staff and volunteers, with established processes and ways of working, which you would initially need to adopt and work within, with a view to interrogating and developing more efficient ways of working that will align across sites and with the work of the Learning Operations Lead.
