Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Project Co-Ordinator to undertake a key role in supporting the delivery of successful modular and anti-vandal building projects. We seek a highly motivated, organised individual with excellent communication skills, who thrives when working with accuracy in a fast paced environment towards challenging deadlines. Experience working within a similar position in Construction would be beneficial however it is not essential as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities include:

To co-ordinate projects and be the first point of client communication, working with relevant site and project managers.

To be proactive in ensuring that individuals / departments are on track to achieve the programme requirements set by the Company.

To liaise fully with clients to ensure they are fully aware of, and understand their milestones on programme, and provide relevant information in a timely manner

To organise and host client meetings and provide minutes, and ensure the company follows it project map from order date to completion

To compile and issue the O&M manual within an appropriate time in relation to project completion.
