Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in sales and customer service? As a Sales Support Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and fast paced company, while working toward a nationally recognized qualification.

Main responsibilities will include:
  • Act as a critical bridge between our sales and purchasing departments, making sure all goods are delivered on time and to customer expectation.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and updating CRM systems
  • Provide holiday cover and support on managed accounts, giving the successful candidate experience dealing with our key customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate in training sessions and complete coursework as part of your apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will:
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

You will be taught through:

4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor

6 weekly hours of Off the Job Training

The course is a 14-month programme
