A leading UK brand is seeking a Digital Data Analyst to drive website performance insights across 80+ sites, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and customer journey analysis.

THE COMPANY

A well-established business investing in digital transformation and analytics. The team works across web, CRM, loyalty, and data science, providing key insights to optimize customer experience and engagement.

THE ROLE

As a Digital Data Analyst, you will analyze website performance, ensure data accuracy, and create SQL-driven reports and dashboards to inform key business decisions.

You will:

* Analyze customer journeys to identify drop-off points

* Work with GA4, SQL, Looker, and Power BI to generate insights

* Debug analytics tracking to ensure data accuracy

* Provide deep-dive analysis to improve conversion rates

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in web or digital analytics
  • * Strong knowledge of SQL, GA4, Looker, Power BI
  • * Ability to debug tracking and work across multiple sites
