If so, join our team as a Learning Mentor and Designated Safeguarding Officer Working under the direction of the Headteacher, you will support the pastoral and safeguarding needs of children from Reception Key Stage 2. Are you familiar with strategies to support the additional needs of learners and break barriers to learning? Are you a resilient person with good behaviour and relationship management strategies? Do you thrive working in a busy environment with a range of stakeholders, from learners, their parents, colleagues and outside agencies? We are looking for someone who:
Relevant school experience working with children who have barriers to learning
Experience of safeguarding legislation in relation to working with children
