Amaze Hotels is seeking a friendly and professional Central Reservations Agent to join our team at Shrigley Hall, a stunning 19th-century country estate located in the heart of Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and customer-focused team, where you will play a key role in managing reservations, ensuring exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

About the Role:

As a Central Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing guest bookings across multiple channels, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth operation of our reservation systems. Your role will involve liaising with guests to assist with bookings, special requests, and inquiries, all while maintaining the high standards of service that Amaze Hotels is known for.

Your main duties include:

  • · Communicating with potential residential and spa guests, offering products and services relevant to their needs.
  • · Converting enquiries into firm bookings, and upselling when appropriate
  • · Displaying great product knowledge of our properties and what packages we offer.
  • · Processing pre arrival requests, for example booking treatments or dinner reservations.
  • · Ensuring all bookings have the correct details recorded and liaising with other departments for any special requests.
